Nataliya Makhonina-Byrdan

In a relatively short time, Nataliya has travelled a successful path through finance, economics, international banking, financial services, insurance and now property. In her career, she has worked for international banks, BMW Group Financial Services, family office and property companies. She has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge particularly in business practice. Her ambition has taken her from a provincial town in Russia, through Europe to establishing her own property business in the UK. There is an underlying thread: her warmth and a desire to help people to acquire and secure their wealth whatever its source. Her immense experience in so many aspects of business: negotiating, buying, selling, investment, management and especially in communication makes her an exceptionally gifted advisor. Her multinational team can converse fluently in English, Russian and Arabic languages which makes her company the perfect partner for property investors, buyers and vendors at home and abroad.

Denisa Szemanova

With passion for all things property, Denisa has been in the industry for 13 years, working in London and Home Counties alongside some of the best minds and leaders in the property sector. Denisa puts service above all else and her mission is to improve every clients’ property journey by making it as stress and hustle free as possible whilst achieving the best results obtainable. Her aim is to be her clients life long property ‘go to’ person, building relationships based on transparency and trust. Denisa brings extensive experience in events, global personal connections and an eye for creative direction, ideal for new and innovative marketing strategies, tailor-made for each client and their property, taking it to the next level. Every home has a unique story, and the marketing strategy is crafted with it in mind. Denisa originally comes from Slovakia and speaks several languages in addition to English, mainly Slovak, Czech and Hungarian and is currently learning Russian!

Ekaterina  Sonina

Katie Sonina is young professional, who despite her young age has experience in working in multiple cultures. She has a proven record in developing, implementing and managing successful marketing and operations strategies. Katie is a result driven person and she puts quality of her work above all else. Apart from English, Katie also speaks French and is fluent in Russian. As a new addition to the team, Katie brings a proactive approach towards the company’s future endeavours.

OIeg Turcan

Oleg is a dedicated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented person who always looks for new challenges. He was awarded the Master of Accounting and Audit degree abroad and worked as a professional auditor before relocating to London. Oleg is an accomplished professional with a deep understanding of the intricacies of keeping an organization at its best. He takes care of administrative tasks and is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our team. In addition, he provides excellent support to the team and helps the company director in everyday business matters.
